I hope you're having a good day.
本書では、SVOC、SVOOは捨てる、There isは捨てる。

★lay on, ...

The promotional flyer I got says lashing out in such a seting gives people back their edge.
When I feel the tide of anger welling up inside me, I'm more inclined to follow my mother's advice and take a deep breath.
Once you gain that kind of analytical perspective, anger has a way of dissipating.
Have a good rest of the day.
