前回ご報告した長崎への旅で泊まったゲストハウスでフランス人旅行者と話したのですが、面白い話を聞けました。
その人はモンゴル、韓国、日本と4か月ほど旅をしている自由人。そこのゲストハウスの仕事を手伝いながら、ただで泊まらせてもらっているとのこと。
こういう形態でモンゴル、韓国、日本を旅をしているそうで、世の中にはこのような、労働と宿泊費の交換を仲介するサービスがあるとのこと。
以下の二つのサービス、workaway, helpxを教えてもらいました。

これらのサイトは、旅行者は労働を提供する代わりにタダで泊まれ、泊める側は労働者に賃金を払う必要がないわけです。
