1月21日は本メルマガ創刊日です。2005年創刊なので13年目に入ります。小学校に入学した子供が大学生になる年月ですね。
光陰矢の如し。この12年間、私たちはどれだけ成長できたのでしょうか。
1月20日は大寒。一年で最も寒いといわれる季節です。実際、寒い日が続いていますが、毎日の楽しみといえば、夜、熱い湯船につかることです。
糸井重里氏も「ちゃんとメシ食って、ちゃんと風呂に入って、ちゃんと寝てる人には、かなわない 」と言っています。
アメリカ時代は湯船が浅くてシャワーのみだったのですが、さすが日本、首までつかれて幸せです。
入浴剤を入れ、ゆっくりと入浴する間、防水bluetoothスピーカーにスマホからビジ英を飛ばして聞いています。
湯船では他にすることがないので、リスニングには絶好のタイミングです。
