今回のレッスン、 On Day One（出勤初日）では、ニューヨークのAlex & Alexに赴任した上田翔太が、CEOのポールピアソンと、HRD担当グローバルマネージャのリディアグレースと、ランチをしながらアドバイスを受けるという内容でした。彼らのアドバイスを振り返ってみましょう。

CEOのピアソンは、1杯のコーヒーを入れて、その日の to-do リストを点検します。
上田はまだ会社について学ぶことが多いのでリストが長くなりますが、達成可能な目標に絞って、重要度順にリストを作ることにより、やるべきすべてのことを考えてストレスをためることがなくなります。

HRDのグレースのアドバイスは、メールチェックのために一定の時間を確保するというものです。
