2週間の日本での休暇から戻ってきました。徐々に追いつきます。
話を聞かずに話すことしか頭にないアメリカ人が Conscious Listening (4) で出てきましたが、これは日々の会社生活から納得できることです。
私の会社に会議で話の流れと関係のない話を始める人がいます。議題とは違う自分の話したい話をするわけです。
自分の話が解決すると、ハイジャックして申し訳ない、と謝りますので、意識はしているようです。
日本人は議題に沿おうとするので、ハイジャックすることはありませんし、議題と違う話でも聴こうとするので、ハイジャックされっぱなしです。
