今回の紅白はあまちゃんコーナーが良かったですね。小泉今日子と薬師丸ひろ子のリレーが最高でした。
ここ2ヶ月ほど、日本から来た長期出張者を夕食に連れて行って肉食生活が続いていたのですが、この冬休みにも暴飲暴食をしたせいか、なんと体重が3キロも増えてしまいました。
今回のビニエットでも言っていましたが過度の外食は体重増加の原因ですねー。
今回のビニエットでも話題になっているポーションについてですが、確かにアメリカの一人分は多いです。日本人にとっては、基本、メインはシェアするという方針でいいのではないかと思います。
特に中華料理屋のポーションは大きく、一人で食べるものが限られてしまいます。一人で行ってもスープすら飲めないのです（四人前が標準だから）。ここアメリカの中華料理屋に定食というものはありません。
そのためメイン一品にスチームライスを追加注文という形を取らざるを得ません。それでもメインのポーションが大きいため食べるのに苦労します。持ち帰ってもいいのですが。
中華料理屋がなぜ一人前定食というものを作らないかが不思議です。ハンバーガーショップに十分対抗できるのに。
