1.身の回りのことなど

クロール初級に物足りなさを感じ、クロール中級に参加して驚きました。
初級では10メートルを泳ぐことを目標としていたのですが、中級では
まず25メートルを4本でした。そのあともバタ足のみ、腕のみなどでの
往復が続きます。途中で脱落してしまいました。

初級と中級に差がありすぎる!

EテレのSNSの番組の後にチャロ東北編が始まりました。
たまたま録画されていたのですが、チャロもなかなか良いですね。
