最近、手足に炎症がでて、かゆみを覚えていたのですが、記憶をたどったところ、
ジムのボディーソープが原因ではないかと思いました。
ジムのシャワーにはシャンプーとボディーソープが備え付けられているのですが、
一見して得体のしれないものだったのです。
そこで、ジムでボディーソープを使わずにシャワーをしたところ、とたんに
かゆみが治まりました。お湯だけでも何とかなるものです。
これ、タモリ式入浴法に通じるものがあります。
