フィットネスで初級クロールというレッスンを受けたら、それは10メートル
泳げるようになるクラスで、バタ足と2,3度手でこぐだけでよく、息継ぎは不要でした。
息継ぎをマスターしたかったのですが、それには中級コースに行く必要があります。
その水泳のインストラクターが今日がレッスンデビューだという方でしたが、数日後、
同じ人がシェイプパンプのレッスンも教えていました。ヨガのクラスも担当
しているとのことで、色々な種目を教えるのだなあと思いました。
そういえば学校の体育の先生もオールラウンドでした。
シェイプパンプとは、バーベルを音楽に合わせて上げ下げするものです。

2. 英語に関するあれこれ
podcastをほぼ英語番組のみにして、しゃべりがものすごく早い番組を通勤途中に
聞いています。まあほとんどわからないのですが、そのうち慣れるかな、と。
禁断の「聞き流し学習法」ですよ。
technology系の番組が多く、windowsやらmacの番組が多いのですが、
エンタープライズ系の番組はあるのでしょうか。
