Google

What is a note written in English in the store and see the train, and
occasionally funny in English.

The train and in-store
Note written in English
Sometimes there are funny English.

Sometimes there are funny English notes in the train and in-store.

I hate getting calls from people who presumptuously assume that you
should drop everything and listen to whatever it is they feel they have
to bend your ear about.

Given my antipathy to Mr. Bell's ubiquitous invention, I welcomed the
fax machine's arrival on the scene.

I hadn't bargained on the fact that people would often need to confirm
that a fax had arrived.

Now that texting is all the rage, many people seem to have hung up on
voice calls.

Upwards of a third of cellphones are smartphones that let you surf the
Web and check you email.
