第3回 SF NewTech JapanNightセミファイナル(第3回)

「TechWave VANGURAD プログラム」の紹介に引き続き、
世界で活躍するIT Startupの方のプレゼンがいくつかありました。

ベンチャー企業ではなく、スタートアップ(Startup)と呼ぶのが今風のようです。

今回はTechCrunch DISRUPT ( http://techcrunch.com/disrupt/ ) という
IT Startupのイベントに出展したジェネシックスの冨田さんからのプレゼン、
題して「今世界で勝つために大事な3つのキーワード」。

まずは「UXが大事にされている」。

UXとはUser Experienceのこと。ユーザの体験です。
以前よりUI(User Interface)、つまり画面構成や使いやすさを表す言葉は
ありましたが、今はUIとUXの両方、特にUXが重要視されているということでしょう。

デジタル名刺交換のCardFlick ( http://cardflick.co/ ) というIPhoneアプリがあり、
iPhoneを振るとお互いの名刺が交換されます。この感覚がおもしろいそうで、
機能ではなく、体験を作っているところが大事だとのこと。


2つ目は「Launch marketing」。

Launchとは製品リリースのこと。ローンチという言葉が何度も
会場で聞かれました。

Launchのタイミングを注目が集まるタイミングにすることが
真剣に考えられているとのこと。


最後は「Pivot」。

旋回するという意味のpivotとは、つまり、サービスの内容を方向転換すること。

写真共有サービスのInstagram ( http://instagr.am/ ) がよい例で、
最初はチェックインサービスだったそうですが、写真が多くアップされて
いるのをみて、写真共有サービスに方向転換したところ、成功したとのこと。

最初のコンセプトに固執せずに、よい方向に転換することが大事ということです

TOEICのスコアアップを目指す人向けの様々な勉強法を網羅した本です。

私は特に、「常に腹六分目にしておく」というポイントが参考になりました。
眠くならないように、朝昼夜の食事をさらに分割して少しずつ何度かに分けて
食べると良いようです。

血中の糖分を上げすぎないように、甘いコーヒーを少しずつすすりながら、
プログラミングをするエンジニアが某企業にいると聞いたことがあります。
