第3回 SF NewTech JapanNightセミファイナル（第6回）
今回はMOVIDA JAPANの松村慎一郎さん、孫泰蔵さんのお話です。MOVIDA
JAPANはスタートアップへの投資と育成をする会社です。
孫泰蔵さんはご存じソフトバンクの孫社長の弟です。若者に熱く語りかけてい
ました。
1 英語でソフトをまず作るべき Build software in English
日本の文脈が通用しない英語の世界を最初から目指す。
日本の常識にとらわれない、非常に普遍的、シンプルでわかりやすいものがで
きる。
2 Think big
大きく考えること。スケールを失わない。
例えばGmail。最初2GB HDは大き過ぎるように思えたが、5年後の価格はゴミ。
5年後のことを今やるとbig surpriseになるよ！
5年後はどうなっているのだろうと、考える。

A 腹がすわっているかどうか。熱意のある人。心が折れない人。
Q ユーザを知るために現地に行きたい。今はskypeでやっている。
A 日本でもできるだろう。アメリカの知り合いに使わせるとか。
必ずしも行く必要はない。
今、lean start-upがはやり始めていて、小さく始められる。
リスクは低く、リターンは大きい時代になっている。とりあえずやってみる。
just do it.
