これもフィリピンの先生に教えてもらったのですが、
夜はメロウな音楽を聴くと記憶が良くなるらしいです。
胎教にクラシックがよいというあれに似ています。
そこで、早速、podcastのクラシックの番組をチェックしたところ、
OTAVVAというのが見つかりました。
これはTBSがやっている24時間クラシックを流すラジオのようです。
podcastでなくても、webのストリーミングで聞くこともできます。

最近は夜はこれを聞きながら作業をしています。
