私の住む川崎市は最近ゴミの収集が細かく分別されてきました。
以前は、「普通ゴミ、ビン・缶、小物金属、粗大ゴミ」の分別
をしていたのですが、「ミックスペーパー、プラスティック容器」
の分別もやっていることに気づき、どれ、やってみようかと思いました。
ミックスペーパーとは各種紙ゴミですが、出すときに紙に包む必要
があります。スーパーの袋はだめなのです。
紙の袋は日常では使わないので困ってしまいます。
プラスティック容器の方は、いわゆる「プラ」のマークのついたものを
集めるのですが、これが意外に多いのに驚きました。
今まで多くのプラ容器を普通ゴミに出していたのだなあ。

veryテクニック。相手の言ったことをveryをつけて繰り返す。
これにより時間稼ぎができるとともに、相手が喜ぶ。
I don't know. は知識が全くないことを意味する。
I'm not sure. / I'm unsure. は、知識が不確かという意味。こちらが適するケースが多い。
I can'tは聞きたくない応答のナンバーワン。I'm unable toがよい。一般にNoは良くない。
会話の締めの言葉の重要性。6ステップでよい印象を与えよう。
相手の発言に対して、Yes, but 何々と答えるより、Yes, and 何々の方が良い。
How are you? には、Good, thanks, now that I'm back from my trip.のように
now thatをつけて近況を伝えるなど話を膨らまそう。
