先週からインターネットにつながらなくて困っていました。
プロバイダのサポートセンタに電話したところ、ルーター
の問題だということでNTTのサポートセンタに回されました。
NTTのサポートセンタではルーターには異常がなく、PCの設定
が悪いということで有料のサポートセンタを紹介されました。
最初の二ヶ月は無料ということでとりあえずこれを契約しました。
３番目のサポートセンタは有料ということもあり、
非常に丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
いろいろとPCの設定を確認し、結局、LANケーブルを抜き差し
したら直りました！
非常にローテクなところに問題があったようです。
みなさんもインターネットにつながらなくなったら、まずは
ケーブルの接続を疑いましょう。
さて、今回のテーマ、Gen YのY世代は、1980年代、90年代生まれ
の世代ということになっています。
ビジ英では他にもこんな世代が出てきますね。
ベビーブーマーは、1946から1959生まれ
X世代は、1960から1974生まれ
ミレニアル世代は、1982から2000生まれ
