土曜日のゴルフの翌日に身体のあちこちが筋肉痛に
なってしまい、運動不足を実感した私は、再び
ウォーキングを始めました。
今日は夜11時から近所を30分、早足で歩いてみました。
最初は寒いですが、15分くらいもすると暖かくなってきます。
RunKeeperの記録を見ると、なんと3ヶ月振りでした。
時速6.5キロで30分歩いて3キロでした。
ビジ英の録音を聞きながらでしたが、ちょうど放送2回分でした。
これぞ一挙両得。
