書かれてあります。

digital leashは、今レッスンの (4)で、
It's like they're on a digital leash.
と出てきました。

このdigital leash、こんな記事が先月カナダのサイトに
載っていました。

While many(57 percent) don't believe technology is 
like a digital leash, chaining them to the office, 
about a third (38 percent) of Canadians say email, 
laptops and blackberries make it harder to escape.


上の記事には冬期休暇中も上司と連絡が取れるように
するという従業員も相当数いて、カナダ人もおちおち
正月休みを満喫できないみたいです。

使うものとなっていました。
