酒井穣さんの新著『これからの思考の教科書』を紹介しましょう。

酒井さんといえば、『はじめての課長の教科書』『あたらしい
戦略の教科書』などのビジネスパーソン向けの素晴らしい書籍を
出されてきました。

これらの2冊は教科書の名にふさわしく、踏まえるべき点を網羅
しており、かつ現在のビジネスパーソンに使いやすいように
アレンジもされてあるという稀有な書でした。

今回は「思考の教科書」です。どんな本なのでしょう。

I guess you should offer to shelter a friend from the rain

My friend's grandmother obviously got quite upset with me
and literally chased me out of the house.

Umbrellas were originally used for protection from the sun,
and so it was considered an insult to the sun to open 
an umbrella in the house.

I hope your friend's grandmother wasn't too obnoxious.
