今回のテーマは整理整頓でした。
職場の書類の管理についていえば、私は以前はキングファイル
に時系列に入れていました。そうすると時間とともに古いファイル
がどんどんできて置く場所もなく、かといって古い
ファイルは二度と見ることもなく、という状態でした。
職場の引っ越しの度に不利ものは徐々に捨てるようにしています。
一年前からは方法を変えました。
厚紙ではさむ形式のファイリングを始めました。
穴を開けずにぽいぽいと入れるだけという簡単ファイリングです。
さっと書類を取り出せるのが利点です。
そういう厚紙タイプのファイルを机の引き出しにずらりと
入れています。
時間とともにファイルが分厚くなるので、たまにファイルの中の
不要な書類を捨てています。
どこかで最近読みましたが、新しい書類をファイルに入れる度に、
古い不要な書類を捨てること、もコツだそうです。
引き出しがファイルでいっぱいになったら、それ以上はファイル
を増やさないようにして一定量を保てるようにするつもりです。
ここでもやはり難しいのは分類です。
ファイルを作ったはいいが、それ以降全く書類が発生しない
ことがしばしばあります。
