I got fever and my eyelid was swollen. What's happened?
I'll go to doctor tomorrow.
30th Apr.
I went to the doctor and found that symptom of yesterday
seemed an allergy not fever. Cool! Did I eat something
bad yesterday? That okonomiyaki?

ex) The finance minister backtracked on his decision.

A lead is a piece of information or an idea which may help
people to discover the facts in a situation where many facts
are not known, for example in the investigation of a crime
or in a scientific experiment.
ex) The inquiry team is also following up possible leads
after receiving 400 calls from the public.

If you fill in for someone, you do the work that they
normally do because they are temporarily unable to do it.
