今年も鍋の季節になりました。
昨年もかなり一人鍋をやりましたが、今年はこの本↓に
したがって、先週からひとり鍋をはじめました。
この本の優れているところは以下の通り。
(1) 5日分の食材をまとめ買いし、5日間で使い切ることができる。
合計6週間分のレシピが載っている。
特に、5日間で食材を全て使い切るところが感動的です。
一人だとつい多く買いすぎて、使い切れないことがありますから。

自分の好みに偏りません。

昨年は水炊きばかりでした。
鍋なので作り方も簡単。ごはんは冷凍のごはん貯金で対応します。
先週は、深川鍋、カレー鍋、エビチリ鍋、豚ちり鍋、ブイヤベース鍋
を作りました。
