北京の世界遺産の頤和園（いわえん）に行った話を
前回しましたが、ここは中国の人にとっても観光地の
ようで、多くの観光客がいました。
グループ旅行の集団は迷子にならないように
同じ色の帽子をかぶっています。
赤や黄色の帽子の集団があちこちに見られました。

Truely excellent leadership, in contrast, means having the
guts and the humility to be honest with those you lead
and not being afraid to admit when you're wrong.
If I may add my two cents worth, the idea is that the leader
serves as the steward of an organization.
They realize that they can best do that by being a leader
who sets an example, takes the initiative and inspire
their colleagues.
That's really important when making decisions about delegating
authority, which is absolutely vital for a leader.
