I found the customer service rep's attitude off-putting
and annoyingly lackadaisical.

It's often the case that a company will go all-out to
convince you that they're your best friend when they're
after your business.

When you need after-sales services, they suddenly become
invisible and remote.

Venting your spleen isn't advisable if you really want
someone to help you.

Customer Service In a Down Economy (1)より。

If you describe a quality or feature of something as
off-putting, you mean that it makes you dislike that thing
or not want to get involved with it. [mainly BRIT]

ex) However, Christine Fitt found the smell of this product
distinctly off-putting.

──────────────────────────────
──────────────────────────────
Customer Service In a Down Economy (1)より。

If you say that someone is lackadaisical, you mean that they
are rather lazy and do not show much interest or enthusiasm
in what they do.

ex) Dr. Jonsen seemed a little lackadaisical at times.

──────────────────────────────
go all-out to, 全力を挙げて...する
──────────────────────────────
Customer Service In a Down Economy (1)

You use all-out to describe actions that are carried out in
a very energetic and determined way, using all the resources
available.

ex) We will be going all out to ensure it doesn't happen again.

──────────────────────────────
──────────────────────────────
Customer Service In a Down Economy (1)より。

If you describe someone as remote, you mean that they behave
as if they do not want to be friendly or closely involved
with other people.

ex) She looked so beautiful, and at the same time so remote.

──────────────────────────────
──────────────────────────────
Customer Service In a Down Economy (1)より。

Spleen is great and bitter anger. [FORMAL]

ex) Paul Fussell's latest book vents his spleen against
everything he hates about his country.
