去年の秋頃から、手帳に夕食の内容を書きためています。 一ヶ月見開きページのカレンダータイプの手帳を使って います。 こうすると、自分が何を食べてきたのか、一目でわかります。 去年の鍋マイブームのあと、最近は再び外食中心になって いるので、この手帳を見ることで、つい同じ店に何回も 行っていることなどが、わかります。 休日に、あの店には月に一回ペースで行っている、といった 思わぬ発見もあります。 これもひとつの、レコーディングダイエットです。
