先々週、会社の研修で福島正伸さんのアントレプレナシップセミナを
受けました。これが非常に良い講演で、大きく影響を受けましたので
ご紹介します。

アントレプレナシップといっても起業家のことでなく、すべての人が
自立型姿勢を持つことによって夢を実現していくという考え方です。

夢を実現するというと、これまでは「うそくさい」と感じていましたが、
実際に生の講演を聞くと違いますね。自分も夢を実現できるかも
しれないという前向きな姿勢になっています。

その後、福島さんによる「どんな仕事も楽しくなる3つの物語」という
本を読みました。講演とほぼ重なる内容の本なのですが、「仕事が
感動に変わる、五つの心構え」として次の挙げられています。

1 仕事の意味を考える
2 ものごとを前向きに受け止める
3 自己原因で考える
4 自分の可能性を信じて、自分らしくやる
5 目指すことを、あきらめない

次回以降、気が向いたら解説したいと思います。
