昨日ポテトサラダを作ろうと、ジャガイモをピーラーで皮むき
していたら、小指の先までざっくりとむいてしまいました。
ピーラ－は安全だという意識があったのでしょう。
気をつけましょう。
で、WEBで調べたら、伊藤家の食卓に出てたそうですが
周囲に5ミリほど切込みを入れてからゆでると、簡単に
皮がむけるそうです。
チャレンジ。
Amazonにピーラーより簡単に皮がむけるグローブが売っていました。
これ、どうなんでしょうね。キワモノのような気もしますね。
