書店のNHKテキストコーナーにふらりと立ち寄ったときに、
「きょうの料理ビギナーズ」というテキストを見つけました[1]。
これ、NHKのきょうの料理の入門編です。
実家にきょうの料理のテキストがあったのを思い出します。
NHKのテキストだけに英語と同じく、料理のテキストも非常に
充実しています。
毎月一つのテーマに沿って基本料理を解説しています。
11月号を買いましたが、季節柄きのこ料理です。
えのきは袋ごと下から5センチのところから切り落とすと、
いしづきで汚れなくて便利、などは初めて知りました。
また、きのこ類はジッパー付きポリ袋に入れて冷凍すると
3週間はもつようです。
テキストにあった基本のきのこごはんを作ったのですが、
炊飯器で鶏肉ときのこを加えて炊く際に加熱がうまくできなくて、
べちょべちょな仕上がりになってしまい、それを3合分、
一週間かけて食べなければなりませんでした。
NHK教育テレビで5分間の番組もやっています[2]。
