自炊生活をはじめて6週間がたちますが、最近は鍋が多いです。
最も簡単な鍋はあらゆる簡単料理本で紹介されている豚肉の水炊き
でしょう。豚肉と野菜を煮てポン酢でたべるという簡単料理です。
「めんどくさがり屋の簡単自炊生活」という本は長期単身赴任の
経験から編み出された「早く、安く、おいしいから挫折しない、
健康自炊術」がのっているのですが、ここでも鍋が単身者には
おすすめされています。
その理由は、早くできる、簡単である、あらゆる食材が使える、
