紅白出場が決まった演歌歌手ジェロはピッツバーグの出身だそう
ですが、私のブログにピッツバーグ大学の白井恭弘先生からコメ
ントをいただきました。
先日ここで紹介した「外国語学習の科学（岩波新書）」について
のブログのエントリへのコメントですが、本の著者から直接
コメントをもらえるとはブログの力は偉大だと感じました。
「英会話ヒトリゴト学習法」の酒井穣さんからもオランダから

ありふれた言い方ですがインターネットは著者と読者の距離を
近いものにしています。

僕は積極的に活用しています。例えば自分のいいたいところが伝わっているかどうか。うまく伝わっていないところで簡単になおせるようなところは増刷の時になおしています。
そのうち続編も書こうかと思っているので、その時にも参考になりますし。
そうそうジェロはピッツバーグ出身しかもピッツバーグ大学の卒業生で、先日大学でコンサートをやってくれました。NHKも取材に来ていて、来年はじめにドキュメンタリーが放送されるそうです。紅白出場までの道のりを追っているのだと思います。
