こうちゃんと呼ばれる人気料理研究家をご存知でしょうか？
Yahooブログ[1]でのレシピが大人気を呼び、料理本を何冊も出されて
いる方ですが、まだ若い感じのおにいちゃんです。
そのレシピはとてもおいしそうで、なぜこんなものが作れるのかと
思っていましたが、こうちゃんは昔、板前修業をしていたそうです。
なるほどという感じです。
先日、BSでこうちゃんの料理番組[2]をたまたま見つけました。
毎週録画して見るようにしています。こうちゃんの料理の特徴は
簡単で、家庭料理でごはんに合うものが多いです。うまければよい、
そのためには楽をしてもいいじゃないかというポリシーが見られます。
たとえば、スーパーでハンバーグになった肉を買ってきてソース
を工夫するといったレシピがあります。
そんなわけで、こうちゃんのレシピ本[3]を買って料理をしている
毎日です。
