自炊を始めてひと月になります。
きっかけはメタボ対策で、カロリーを抑えたバランスの取れた
食事をすることが目的です。今月は20日は夜、自炊しました。
残りの日は、避けられない飲み会などです。
私の場合、何年か周期で自炊をやりたいという波がやって
くるのですが、今回は5年ぶりです。したがって調理道具は
そろっています。
難点は4年前に引越した時に「もう料理はしないだろう」と思い、
一口コンロの部屋を借りたことです。
これだと、パスタをゆでるのと、ソース作りが同時にできなくて
時間がかかります。え？ 夜にパスタ？ ではなく、以前から休日
の昼間にはパスタを作っています。
料理を再開するにあたって参考にした本が二つあります。
この紹介などを次回よりしたいと思います。
