ところで質問です。
Videoconferencing should help me to be more effidient ～ ですが、help は to を付けないと覚えたのですが、これは例外でしょうか？それともそのような覚え方が間違いだったでしょうか。最近のvignette、No laughing matter でもこのような一文が。Humor can also help you solve problems. 付けてもつけなくてもいいということでしょうか？教えてください。
これはどちらでもいいと思います。と、文法書にも書いてありました。
