金曜日に酒井穣さんの講演会に行ってきました。
「あたらしい戦略の教科書」の購入者から抽選で当たった40名ほど
の人がいました。
今回は酒井さんの在住しているオランダについてのプレゼンでした。
全般にわたる話のポイントは「差別化」という言葉だったように
思います。
オランダがヨーロッパの大国の中で、人口が日本の8分の1という
小国ながら、なぜ大国に併合されずに生き延びているか。
それはオランダの戦略があったからなのです。それが「差別化」。
また、オランダは麻薬や売春宿が合法化されていることで有名ですが
それはオランダなりの「問題を直視する現実主義」からくる政策。
麻薬中毒者を測定可能にすることにより管理可能にするという
「徹底的なコントロール」を主義とするオランダの別の側面を反映
したものであること。
このような「戦略」は、残念ながら日本にはないということです。
課長本、戦略本の次の一冊は何ですか?という会場からの質問は
はぐらかされ、今までとは違う内容ということでしたが、私としては
オランダと日本の国民性の違いに関する考察などを読んでみたいです。
