今回の放送の松下さんの解説にありましたがアメリカの企業
では出張の後に休暇をくっつけることが社則で許可されてい
るところもあるようです。
これこそ真のワークライフバランス！
前にも書きましたが、私の経験でも奥さん同伴で日本出張
してきたアメリカ人がいました。
松下さんの解説では、出張と休暇を組み合わせることは日本
ではあまりないということでしたが、これが許される会社って
あるのでしょうか？
