岩村式トレーニングブック 表現力アップ編の状況報告です。
本の中身はこんな感じです。

これが1章あたり32個。全部で10章あります。
通勤電車の中で、朝4個、夜4個、音読することにしました。
昨日と今日で16個を繰り返し音読しました。
マスターズミーティングで岩村圭南先生は1分間でもかなり
音読できるので、すきま時間を使ってトレーニングしましょう
とおっしゃっていました。
通勤電車ではすいているのでわざわざ各駅停車に乗り、
駅と駅の間が大体1分から2分くらいの感じなので、
これを単位として3行英文を音読しています。
そうすると時間が限られてくるので、貴重な時間という感覚
が自然と生まれてきます。
"限定品"に弱いという、人間心理を使ったテクニックです。
朝はまだ調子よく音読（もちろん黙読）できますが、
帰りは疲れているためか、今日は途中で寝てしまいました。
3日坊主にならないようにしないと。。。
