実践ビジネス英語 2014/8 Lesson 9 Stress-Free Vacation 1,2,3 ★ 問題はありませんか?

米国赴任67週目が終了。

こちらのレストランで食べていると、必ず、Is everything all right? などと、サーバーに訊ねられます。

Good!などと答えるのですが、日本食レストラン(ラーメン屋含む)で日本人のサーバーから、問題はありませんか? と聞かれることには違和感を感じます。

単に日本語訳で聞かれているだけなのですが、日本ではそういうことは聞かれないので日本語だと逆に違和感を感じてしまうのでしょう。
