前回紹介したKindle Reading app、お試しになられたでしょうか?
今回は電子ブックリーダーについて。
Chapter 5ではiPad、Kindleリーダーが紹介されています。
私Kindleリーダーを買ってしまったのですが
Kindleリーダーには以下のようないい面があります。
(1)軽い
軽いです。iPhoneよりは重いですが。
iPadよりは軽いので、電車の中で立ったまま長時間
持ち続けることができます。
(2)画面が大きい
iPhoneは画面が小さいので、電子書籍は読みにくいです。
Kindleリーダーは画面が大きいので読みやすいです。
(3)安い
Kindleリーダーは、WiFi版で139ドルでした。
(4)文字が読みやすい
E Inkという特殊なディスプレイなので、目に優しいです。
普通のディスプレイとは大違いです。
(5)バッテリーの持ちがよい
E Inkは消費電力が小さいので、一ヶ月くらい持つようです。
(6)無料の電子書籍が読める
Amazon.comからサンプルが無料でダウンロードできることは
前回紹介しましたが、まるまる一冊無料のものもあります。
以下を見ると無料の本がたくさん見つかります。
今回はKindleリーダーのよい面のみを書いてみました。
iPadと比較されることもあると思いますが、Kindleリーダーは
基本的に本であるということです。
私が買ったKindleリーダーはこれです。
