最近ジョギングをしていますが、今夜は5キロ走りました。
ゆっくりですけどね。
iPhoneアプリのRunKeeperによると、437カロリー消費したそうです。
これはかなりのカロリーですね。
350ccの缶ビールで140kcalだそうです。
3本は飲めるな、ということではなくて。。。
ビールのカロリーは体に残らないので直接の太る原因ではなく、
一緒に食べ過ぎるのがよくないとあるサイトに書かれてありました。
いわゆる"から酒"は肥満防止には良いのかもしれません。
（と勝手なことを言う）
ではビールでも飲みますか。
