日曜日の昼間に昼寝をしすぎて、月曜の午前3時にメルマガを
書いてますよ。
おととい、お好み焼きを作って食べたら突然、鼻水、
まぶたの腫れなどのアレルギー症状が出てタイヘンでした。
実は2、3ヶ月前にも同じお好み焼きを作って食べて同じ症状が
出ました。その時は原因はまさかお好み焼きとは思わなかった
のですが。翌日病院に行っても「様子を見ましょう」でした。
しかし、今回の件で原因はお好み焼きであるとはっきりと自覚しました。
そこでWEBで調べたところ、市販のお好み焼きの粉を常温で
長期間保管するとダニが発生して、これがアレルギー症状
を起こすことがあると学会で報告されているのを見つけました。
こわいですねー。
お好み焼きの粉は冷蔵庫に保管しましょう。

最近スカイトークで英会話をやっていて感じることは
今までの英語学習は何だったのだろうということです。
難しい単語を覚えても、軽い会話では使うことも少ないし、
より基本的な単語を駆使するのが先決だと感じます。
今まで築き上げてきた英語学習の塔は一旦置いておいて
