You've been in the headquarters building before, I understand,
so I won't give you a tour of the offfice.

If you say that you would be honoured to do something, you
are saying very politely and formally that you would be
pleased to do it. If you say that you are honoured by
something, you are saying that you are grateful for it and
pleased about it.
ex) Peter Alliss says he would be honoured to be asked.

If something is worthwhile, it is enjoyable or useful, and

If you show someone the ropes, you show them how to do a
particular job or tasks. The verb 'teach' is sometimes
used instead of 'show'.

複数形なのでareとなってますね。
