冷凍の話。
先日会社の忘年会でお土産にパンの詰め合わせをもらいました。
食パン一斤、フランスパン、菓子パンという、家族を想定した
内容。とても一人では食べられないので、冷凍することに。
食パンは一枚ごと、フランスパンはスライスしてラップに包み、
冷凍用保存袋に入れて冷凍します。これで冷凍庫が満杯になった
ので菓子パンは何とか食べきりました。
また、別の日にどら焼きを一箱もらいまして、これもラップで
包んで冷凍しています。
ほとんどすべての食材は冷凍できるのです。
