読者の方から「リスニングの勉強法を教えてください」と、
聞かれました。そこでビジ英を使ったリスニング勉強法に
ついて考えます。
私自身も以前よくやったものに「音読」や「ディクテーション」
がありますが、今回はこれとは違う方法です。
まずは放送を聞きます。わからないところが出てきたら、
聞き取れない所をテキストで確認します。そして、またテキスト
を閉じて聞きます。このようにして英語の音とスペルが一致する
ように頭を慣らしていきます。
簡単そうですが、ちゃんとやると時間はかかります。
今回のビジ英のレッスンMidlife Crisisでこれをやりましたが
(4)が特にてこずりました。キンケード早口すぎ。
この方法は私の友人である小川慶一さんの名著「英語嫌いの
