これは仕事に仕組みを作って効率化しましょうという本ですが
英語学習にも応用できるかもしれません。
仕事には作業系と考える系とがあり、作業系の仕事は仕組みを
作って時間を短縮することができ、あまった時間を考える系に
まわそう、というものです。
仕組みはチェックリストを作るのですが、誰が読んでも何を
すればよいかわかるように具体的に書いておくことが重要です。
部下がミスを犯した場合、部下を責めるのではなく、ミスしない
ような仕組みを作っていなかった自分の責任なのです。
また仕組みは常にバージョンアップされるような「仕組み」が
必要と共に、仕組みが必ず実行されるような「仕組み」も必要です。
さて、これを英語学習に当てはめてみると、
「学習を必ず行う仕組み」を作ればよいことになります。
これは英語学習本で常々言われていることであり、
生活の中に英語学習を組み込みましょうということです。
私の場合はこのメルマガを出すという仕組みが動いており、
毎週土日にはテキストを開いて単語を調べるような身体になっています。
あとは、復習する仕組みや、理解度を確認する仕組みを作れば
さらに英語力も向上するのでしょう。
