mixiの「自宅でパスタ」コミュで見つけたレモンパスタを作ってみました。
レモン汁、オリーブオイル、塩、胡椒をそれぞれ適量混ぜ、ゆでたパスタを絡め、最後にパルメザンチーズをかけるというシンプルなものです。
ただ、適量の感覚が違っていたらしく塩辛いものとなってしまいました。がっくし。
