前回のダイエットの話です。NHKのサラメシという月曜夜10時55分からの番組
を見ていたら日本HPの営業マンが昼に豪勢なランチを食べてまして、でも
夜はキャベツしか食べていないということでした。ナレーターの中井貴一さん
もダイエットは夜キャベツだそうです。

人間ドックの保健師さんの助言は正しかったのだなあ。私も朝食をしっかりと
取るようにし、夜はそれでもおなかがすくので会社でうどんかそばという
低カロリーなものを取るように食生活を変えてみます。

「人気高まるTOEIC、志願者減少に悩む英検」
という読売新聞の記事です。


11年度の志願者数で英検にTOEICが肉薄しています。12年度にはTOEICが
確実に英検を志願者数で追い越すことでしょう。

企業でTOEICスコアを社員の目標にしている現状ではさもありなんという
ところですね。

高校の英語の先生は英検準一級が目標とされていますが、これは学校が
文科省の管轄ということで納得です。
