4週目を終わりました。

4週目は、魚すき、つくね鍋、タイすき鍋、ブリ大根鍋、
厚揚げキノコ鍋を作りました。

つくね鍋がまあおいしかったですかね。

超ヘルシー鍋の厚揚げキノコ鍋は淡白すぎました。
厚揚げがあるので救われましたが、やはり、肉魚は
鍋に欠かせませんね。

そういえば、北京で食べた餃子の店で、野菜の餃子は
いまいちでした。

ちなみに全て水餃子でした。水餃子といっても
水切りしてあるタイプ。
