3週目が終了しました。半分まで来ました。
3週目はレバニラ鍋、鶏の水炊き、キムチ鍋、カキの土手鍋、
牛乳鍋を作りました。
レバーは嫌いなはずですが、一度焼いてから煮ると
その食べにくさは消え去っていました。
先週はカキの土手鍋、牛乳鍋が特に美味でした。
一点この本のレシピで気になるのは水が4分の3カップ
となっているのですが、どう見てもその量では足りないのです。
使っている鍋が一人用ではないので、水かさが足りなくなる
のかもしれません。
今週は飲み会が3回あるので一人鍋は無しです。
