ごちそうひとり鍋
3週目に入りました。
2週目は四川辛々芝麻鍋、ねぎま鍋、明太子鍋、鮭の石狩鍋、
ギョーザ鍋を作りました。
四川辛々芝麻鍋はいまいちでしたが、明太子鍋、鮭の石狩鍋
は、うまー。
明太子のつぶつぶが出汁となり、うまー。
週末に5日分の買い物をしますが、レジで清算するときに
肉、魚、甲殻類、野菜、豆などの取り合わせを見て、
「なんとバランスのとれた食材を買っているのだろう」
と感動します。
