北京では携帯電話のアラームで起きてみたのですが、
意外と大きなアラーム音で、きちんと起きることが
できました。
そこで最近は、携帯電話のアラームで6時半に起きる
ようにしています。これまでよりも一時間は早いです。
おかげで会社に8時には着き、朝の一時間をさわやかに
仕事することができています。
