鍋、最終形。
先日、お店ですき焼きを食べたのですが、その材料が、牛肉以外は
日頃の鍋生活ですっかりおなじみとなった野菜たちなのを見て、
「これは、、作れる。。。」と思い、作ってみました。
生まれが九州なのでしょうゆと砂糖と酒を焼いた肉の上からかける
関西風です。
いつものスーパーではなく肉屋で牛肉を買ったのですが、
松竹梅の3レベルがあり、さすがにグラム1000円超の松レベルには
手が出なかったものの、竹梅レベルを取り混ぜて購入。
店のすき焼きよりも上質な肉でしたよ。
ここにこの冬の鍋生活も水炊き、キムチ鍋、あんこう鍋、たら鍋
などを経て、すき焼きまで登り詰めることができました。
ひとまず鍋日記も今回で終了とさせていただき、来年からは
新シリーズで再び英語に取り組みたいと思います。
